We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above as needed to run the Service, or when required by law. Your username, avatar, rank, and win/loss record are visible to other players on leaderboards and in social features. Other players are never told that you blocked or reported them.
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app, which permanently removes your profile, collection, decks, and related records. You may also request deletion by contacting us (see Section 9). Reports other players made about your conduct may be kept, without your account attached, where needed to keep the community safe.
BLOC is intended for a teen and older audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or under the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, authenticated access, database access controls) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in-app, or by contacting us.
